Jules and Sidney quarrel about hiring an emotionally unstable wedding planner who appears to be living out of her car. Although initially reluctant to work with a planner, Jules quickly begins sympathizing with her.

After getting stoned in the park, Sidney and Jules try to get free food and wine under the guise of “wedding tastings” … only to find themselves in an awkward situation.

At the urging of their wedding planner, Sid talks Jules into a wedding venue they can't afford, forcing the girls into an unfortunate compromise.

Bachelorette

Sid and Jules' friends surprise them with a joint bachelorette party, sparking a competition between them that leads to a very uncomfortable end of the night.

Parents

Sid complains that her parents are extremely ill-suited for each other.  But when they come to visit, it's immediately clear that their marriage is a mirror image of Sid and Jules' own relationship.

A shift in Maggie and Bo's relationship rocks Sid and Jules' foundation.  And after fighting over what to put on the wedding registry, they once again question their decision to get married.

Finale

Jules

Hannah Pearl Utt is a writer / director / actor best known for the 2016 Sundance short film, Partners, which she wrote, produced and starred in with collaborator Jen Tullock. She played Brittany in Hulu’s “most watched web-series,” Dorm Life, (before web series were a thing). Her directorial debut, Sisters, premiered at SBIFF in 2014 and she and Jen's feature, Stupid Happy, which they will both star in and Hannah will direct is currently in development at the Sundance Producers Labs.   

Nora Kirkpatrick (Executive Producer)

Nora Kirkpatrick is an actress and musician. She has had several longstanding roles on television shows, including NBC’s The Office, ABC Family’s Greek, and TV Land’s Jennifer Falls. She is also a founding member and accordion player for the GRAMMY winning band Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros. Nora recently sold the television show she created, Best-Seller, to Comedy Central. Best-Seller is being executive produced by Olivia Wilde and Jessica Elbaum, with Dennis McNicholas (SNL) as show runner.

Sidney

Jen Tullock is an actor and writer, best known for the 2016 Sundance short film Partners, which she co-wrote and starred in alongside collaborator Hannah Pearl Utt. Their feature Stupid Happy is currently in development at the Sundance Producer Labs. She was featured in the 2013 NBC Diversity Showcase and is the former co-host of The Morning After on Heritage Radio. She can currently be seen on Hulu's Casual and as a series regular in Whitney Cummings' forthcoming HBO comedy A Lot.
